A leading European aluminum recycling company relies on a custom inspection and warehouse management tool developed by Cedura GmbH for goods receipt inspection at two German locations.
Cedura was tasked with on-site process modeling, identifying weaknesses, implementing organizational quick wins, and designing target processes with optimal IT support at two locations. The results also served as a requirement catalog for developing optimal system support during process digitization.
The project was carried out in collaboration with the client’s departments, with reporting directly to the management. The project phases included:
